- We lend up to 85% of the appraised value, minus any existing mortgage balance
- The underwriting/approval/closing process takes roughly 3 weeks.
- You must reside in the home you’re granting as collateral as your primary residence and must be located in Pennsylvania or New Jersey, within a 50-mile radius of the credit union office.
